Very pleased to have found this forum. Most of my experience is with Mexican and Indian cuisine, as well as a fair amount of baking using a live sourdough culture. A friend of mine was recently diagnosed with diabetes. This has really shaken me out of my comfort zone as I've been trying to find a good variety of dishes that she can eat. I'm sad that she can't eat my homemade babka anymore, especially as she's the one who inspired me to learn how to make it.
