    Hey y'all! :)

    I am Foodie Mama, and I am new to this forum! I am dreaming of opening my own little bakery one day. I am a big food lover with no professional culinary background. However, my dream of owning my own little eatery made me change my career path a while ago, so I work at the restaurant now, and before that I baked for a reputable bakery for a couple of years. I have a lot of questons, and I do hope to find some answers on this wonderful website.
