Greetings from the beautiful Arkansas Ozarks. I was referred here by another new member, who himself was referred by a friend. Went by chef1962 over at the Foodservice.com forum. Trying to start using a new handle. I'm a CEC, spent years in restaurants, hotels, and clubs before moving to the noncommercial side - corporate and campus dining. Left all that and started my own small catering business about a year ago. The health department will sign off on my new catering kitchen in a couple weeks.
