    Hi Everyone-I'm a Private Chef of 20 years and have recently concluded a 9 year stint with a client based here and in Alaska. I'm on the market again and have appreciated the threads concerning current salaries and situations out there. Seems like my last job was pretty sweet-   auto, house, paid vacations, reasonable and generous client etc....Alaska/desert great combo. Restarting efforts now...

    What a journey it is that you’ve been on.  I hope that you will share some of that in the Culinary Student forums, I’d be willing to beat that you have a lot to offer those kids.
