Hi all, Long time lurker, first time user. I'm Eoghan a 20 year old line cook from Ireland, currently residing and working in Berlin. I currently man the cold section of a restaurant here and have been working as a cook for the past 2 years now. I have never stepped foot in culinary school but my passion for food and my commitment to learn has gotten me where I am today.
