    I just wanted to stop in here and give a quick hello to everyone. I've been lurking about for some time, but I figured it was time to say hi.

    I'm currently enrolled in culinary school in the Baking and Pastry program. For years I've had a passion for all desserts and sweet culinary confections. I finally decided to take the steps and follow my heart. My uncle - who has been a chef for 25 years encouraged me. He felt I had the talent and passion to do something with my baking "life".

    Anyways, I look forward to learning all I can from everyone!
