Greetings to all on the forum. Just joined today and have found this "board" very informative! Just what I have been looking for to answer some of my questions regarding cooking, becoming a chef, and culinary schools. Thanks to all who have posted these informative messages! It is nice to have access to those "in-the-know"! At any rate I'll introduce myself. My name is Steve and I've enjoyed cooking therapy for several years. Currently I live in Boise, Idaho. I'm considering culinary school and have been doing some on-line research. Still have some questions unanswered but I'm making headway. Thanks again for the great forum.
