Greek Cheese Spread with Fresh Herbs and Crackers

    300g Feta Cheese

    200g Strained Greek Yogurt

    100g Manouri

    100g Anthotyro

    One half cup of herbs ... Coriander, Parsley and Fennel Fronds

    90ml Ouzo Greek Licor

    1 Lemon zested and juiced

    One and a half tsp white wine vinegar

    3 tblsp Greek olive oil extra virgin

    Pita toasted

    Santorini, Greece Designation white wine fermented in oak

    1. Firstly, crumble the 3  cheese varieties and combine herbs minced, the lemon juice and zest and the vinegar. Blend well in food processor or by hand.

    2. serve with warm Pita drizzled with olive oil and Greek oregano.

    3. Serve with Greek white wine to battle the fat grams of cheese.
