If you guys haven't had the chance to get a hold of any grass fed beef, I strongly encourage it.  We just bought a whole cow at my restaurant, local grass fed beefer, and the flavor is absolutely amazing. Yes, it's expensive, but I'm only writing here to let you know there is some serious flavor in this beef.  If anything try some grass fed sirloin, it won't run you too too much and I promise you'll be impressed with the sweet buttery flavor.

I like grass fed burgers, but only because they add the fat to the grind.

Poor marbling in other cuts, and can't be graded.

Grass fed and corn finished would be my preference, but other than that, corn fed all the way.

Just my 2 cents, spend it as you wish.
