Just what is Granaroli XBRG76A. I've been around for awhile but I've never run into this. I've googled and searched, found many recipes calling for it but nary a definition or source.
I never heard of it either. My googling showed a few differnt recipes-none of which gave amounts, measurements etc. for it. Also it was always at the top of a recipe like a header.Maybe the handle of the person who typed up the recipes?
I know what Granaroli XBRG76A means Ages ago, before the internet proper came around, there was an online service called Prodigy. I used to swap recipes with this person. I can't remember her first name. Anyway, I loved her and her recipes. If you see one with her name on it, give it a try.
Thanks. G. Granaroli XBRG76A is a person. Someone must have copied one of his/hers recipes into mealmaster and Granaroli XBRG76A was entered as an ingredient. The initial G was interpreted as a gram. Mystery solved. :bounce: I'll try some of the recipes.
