    Hello to all of the people. 

    I've been lurking around these parts for some time and look forward to contributing.  

    My current position is Chef at a bar/restaurant in Buffalo, NY's wonderful West Side.

    Aloha, welcome to Chef Talk.  Another convert, I love it when lurkers join the conversation.  I hope that you will post in the general forums as well as in the Pro section, after all CT is " a food lover's link to professional chefs".

    I won't give you the blah blah blah about how things work around here, but should you have questions, please post those in the Feedback & Suggestion forum.

    Have you checked out cheftalk.com on Face Book as well as Pinterest?

    I hope that you will post some photos of your work in the Galleries.
