The thing is I'm in a situation where I've come to realize that I want to do my externship in south America Peru. I'm going to get my degree in science. I have great food and customer service experience in GREEK, ITALIAN, Peruvian, cuisine. Is it to late to look and send and call? I got great recommendations even from my chef instructor who's from Paris, France who is a very intelligent person and loves the peruvian cuisine. He told me to what makes you happy, I really want to learn direct on the peruvian food. my externship is min 3 months or 12 weeks, housing and money for the flight isn't a issue. I've should of never waited this late. but I finally realized that I want to leave the US for a couple of months and see how the food industry is doing overseas. I attend Le Cordon Bleu in Miami on monday I'm calling the le cordon bleu in Peru since that was my restaurante chef instructor and career services advises me to do so. ANY ADVICE on Peruvian hotspots? thats willing to give a passionate person who is devoted and honest to pleasing and succeeding in the food industry and frankly never gets tired on 10 hr shifts. This is what I want to do with my life its in my blood.
