My fiance and I are getting married in January and we're looking for a recipe for a good gluten-free wedding cake. A friend of ours (who makes fantastic cakes) is going to make the cake for us, but she has never had to make a gluten-free cake. I've researched recipes and found a few, but I'm not sure how reliable they may be. Does anyone have experience making gluten-free wedding cakes, and if so, do you have a recipe you could share?

I am sure you have found a great GF recipe by now.

    If not, try here http://www.baking911.com/

The CEO (as well as several family members) suffers from gluten allergies and has written several popular recipes for this disorder.

    Best wishes!

Congrats on the recent wedding, hopefully you found a great recipe.

Thought I would throw this out as a future referenece for you or anyone else who may be looking, but there's a book out called "The Allergen-Free Baker's Handbook" that I've been using a lot lately. I haven't had a chance to try out any of the cake recipes, but the cookies and muffins I have done have turned out great. The entire book is gluten, wheat, dairy, egg, soy, sesame, and peanut/tree nut free.
