    Not sure if this is a commercial for beer or a thread about gluten-free diets.  Anyway, I have been on a low-carb train for a few months and have seen a considerable improvement in my health.  I limit most carbs but I have cut down dramatically in wheat.  It just makes sense that our bodies were not designed to consume the amount of wheat, grains, sugar and salt that is found in modern diets.  The food pyramid is quite destructive.
