    I became interested in cooking 34 years ago when i came to the US from France & realized that the sum total of the culinary knowledge of my new wife & I consisted of: hamburgers,spaghetti,"health"bread & (pushing it)meatloaf.It was a matter of survival.The new wife is long gone but the interest in food & cooking is still going strong.Glad to have found this group of dedicated food anthousiasts.
