    That is cool.  Nothing is over kill for the home kitchen if you really want it. I have a Vulcan V60 range in my home.

    Yes, I sold it years ago when my cooking went into a lull.  Drat.  I would have repurchased another Kenwood but they're no longer available here in the U.S. except a $2000 model and an inexpensive one rebadged under the name of Hamilton Beach.
