get to the josper

    Last year we opened a new restaurant and decided to go with a josper oven (coal oven) within the last year a lot of the internal and external parts have gave out. Under the extreme heat I guess its normal but for the price you'd think they would hold there own. Don't get me wrong, I love it. The flavor and cook time is amazoing. Does anyone else have any experience with them and these issues ?
