    Hi all, just joined, I'm in Sydney Australia, originally from Scotland but of Italian descent. (Confused? Don't worry, that's normal!)

    After raising kids for the past few years, I've recently taken the plunge and gone back to college to get my commercial cookery certificate, with the idea of having my own coffee shop/cafe one day. Am loving it so far!

    Right?!  Isn’t this place fantastic?

    About two years ago, I was searching the net for some answers to questions and here I am!  I’ve learned so much as a Home Cook, jump into any conversation.  Don’t forget about the Articles, Reviews and Galleries; especially the Special Guest Forum, good stuff.  You may want to look for past topics in the Search bar at the top of the page, as many times you will find what you’re looking for there.  Take a look, if you haven't already, at the Culinary Students forums, that could be very helfpful for you.  If once you’ve gone over the FAQ , tutorials and the Communities Guidelines and you still have a question in regards to the website, just post them in the Feedback & Suggestion forum, an expert will get back to you ASAP.
