    Hey guys

    I'm a 22 year old Sous Chef of boutique hotel in Toronto. I've been cooking for 7 years, used to live in Australia moved to Canada 12 months ago and worked hard to get to where I am now and look forward to continue learning my trade.

    So glad that you found all 50,000 + of us here.

    Have you seen Cheftalk.com on Face Book as well as Pinterest?  There's even more food crazed folks there.  Take a look around and if you have questions in regards to the site itself, you can post those in the Feedback & Suggestion forum.  I hope that you will join the non-porfessional cooks in the general forums, we Home Experts bring it to the table for our family and friends each and every night, just like a 5 star restaurant!!

    Want type of cuisine are you doing at the hotel?  Do you cook at home as well?  Are you formally trained or self-taught?  So many questions, so little time.
