Future Culinary school graduate.

    Hey guys, so I'm currently a high school senior and I'm about to leave town and go to culinary school. I make sushi at a relatively revered restaurant in my home town, and I intend on competing on the OCCI ACF Junior Team, after that. I have no clue what to do. Could anyone give me any pointers?

    Well get a a job in a restaurant  or stage ( not doing sushi ) , then work the line and get some real world experience. 

    Practice at home , read culinary books , work , and start researching. 

    Talk to chefs around your town and ask as many questions as possible on CT.
