    Hi Guys,

    Was surfing the web and found this little site on the Functions of Baking Ingredients....what do you think? They have a flour called Triticale on there that Ive never heard of.

    Okay...I searched the net. Found the episode of Deep Space 9. Aha! Youre a Trekkie! :lol:

    Goes way further back than Deep Space Nine...to the original Star Trek. I only like TNG. The original makes me groan. Nothing worse than 60's special effects.
