Hello again,
I was just moving some items around in my freezer and I noticed the Tri-Tip steaks I bought at Costco that I put in a loosely sealed freezer bag to freeze for an hour before I sealed them with my FoodSaver but the problem is I forgot about the steaks and here it is two weeks later and they are all frozen together (I call it a meatberg) with ice crystals on the meat. Is it too late to try to break the steaks apart and seal them or is the damage already done and don't bother?
Thanks,
Brian
