Frozen Matball Process & Packaging

    We are caterers located in Los Angeles, CA and have been asked to package our meatballs. We have always made and served them fresh and do not know how to properly freeze the meatballs or how to package or what kind of packaging. Any advise or contacts to call?

    freeze on a flat pan . When frozen pack 50 to a mrdium weight plastic bag and put back in freezer.. Sell   2 /50 count bags to the case.

    They asked about how to store meatballs not meat loaves and I take it they mean for long time storage.

    Let them decide about it spcialy when is about freezing meet
    after is cooked thing that gonne still alot from the tastes n jussines !!
