We have some extra space in our grocery store which we think can accommodate at least four small dining tables. We are thinking of offering some quickly prepared lunch/dinner but we don't have a space for a kitchen in our grocery store. We are considering buying a food truck, cook the food in it and then serve the food to our customers inside our grocery store. We also are going to use the food truck for events and fairs. So in essense, our kitchen is our food truck and our dining tables are in our grocery store. Is this allowed and do you think the county and local health department will have issues with it? We are in VA, loudoun county.
