    Dear all,

    I will be doing food tasting for a new job as Executive Sous Chef for a 5* hotel

    It should be quick, simple, tasty & presentable.

    I have no doubt about myself but It's the first time to do a food tasting for a job application.

    Any help or tips would be perfect for me

    Whatever you do make sure it works.  An interview is no place to test out a new technique or something that you arent 100% sure of.  Do what you know, just do it extremely well and precise.
