Not really "non-food/cooking discussion", but I'm looking for some cooking sites that you deem bookmarkable.

Cool sites you return to for food fun/porn or as online cookbooks, blogs, etc.

I'll show you mine:

http://importfood.com/   For the street vendor videos.

http://www.varasanos.com/PizzaRecipe.htm   Because he's OCD about pizza.

http://www.nolacuisine.com/   Cajun/Creole stuff.  Mouth watering.  Well written.  Great recipes.  Really.

http://www.thaifoodandtravel.com/brands.html   Some good suggestions that I can never remember, so I bookmark.

http://fxcuisine.com "Priest-Stranglers in Neapolitan Meat Sauce", "Beef Carrot Daube", "Swiss Apple Pasta".  Great pix.

http://www.pimpthatsnack.com/index.php   For fun.  Love the fact that people do these projects just for kicks.

So, what's in yours?

OK. I'll play.  Here's one that comes to mind:

http://bigislandgrinds.com/

A food blog from the Island of Hawaii.  Basically food porn for me as I grew up there.

I'll post more once I recover my bookmarks as I just replaced my computer and need to transfer files.

Okay, it's mine (so admins, feel free to delete this post!), but it has recipes from food bloggers and professional cooks. Every recipe has a photograph and full information. We have a recipe plugin for WordPress (free and paid versions) which make it really easy to add recipes to your blog, as well as optionally add them to http://www.getmecooking.com

Plus we have (I believe) is the best recipe search function of any recipe website.

I would be really interested to know what people here think of it.
