I ran across this website called food paring dot com and just wanted to know if anyone actually uses this site, since you do have to pay monthly for it.  I reminds me of the book the flavor bible which is an awesome reference guide when coming up with menu ideas.  Have you ever used it and is it worth the ten or so dollars a month?

Never heard of it - wouldn't pay a single dime for it.

Get to know people on this forum and then ask for advice and recommendations.

Most of the crap you pay for online is simply stuff that was found for free online anyway.

My name's Mike and I'm not from Canmore.

What do you have to pair?

    :)

    Agree with Mike.

On a side note, the authors of The Flavor Bible also wrote Culinary Artistry, very similar books.

One looks more polished than the other, but I own and refer to both.
