Food Costing, please help!

    What is the Conversion Factor (CF) if the desired portion size is 50g and the desired portion yield is 30g?

    I figured the rest out though, yay!

    I got 50/30 too for the same result, but I don't know why or how to explain it lol, and if that's right, but that's what I'm writing!

    50/30 hum?

    I think it goezinta 47, minus water loss, adding back the cooked weight, yes. I'm sure the correct answer is 11 pounds.
