Nicole is a principle chemical engineer in the Institutional division of Ecolab and serves as a technical account specialist for the foodservice, kitchen specialty and food safety programs in the United States. With extensive experience in industrial food safety applications, Nicole is considered the subject matter expert on dry processing environments, helping to develop cleaning and sanitation protocols for a number of companies.
