Fondant

    Every time i make a cake with fondant it rips and looks retarded. How thin should i be rolling it? thanks all

    What I learned about fondant this past semester is that you should roll it to just about 1/4" thick.

    1/8" to 1/4" is pretty standard. The main thing is equal consistency.
