Nov 17, 2020 #4 chefbillyb 2,453 737 Joined Feb 8, 2009 We caught a Jack Salmon that we used for Fish and chips and it turned out good. I agree with the others that said not to over cook the Salmon. You could also do a Salmon Patty if you like.......
