Fine Tuning your Service Staff

    Does anyone have any recommendations for front of the house service training at a reasonable price.  We have a group of core servers that work most of our events.  Although they are dependable and hard working, they could definitely use some polishing.  We also need to outsource servers for our larger events.  Any thoughts on how to get them onboard quickly?
