well.... i finally bought a scale. it was my 21st birthday present to myself along with all the other kitchen stuff i bought yesterday. the scale is made by salter and called aquatronic the bakers dream. it was 50 dollars. it has an off and on button, Ml and fl. oz button and a kg and lb button along with a tear button. it has 11 pound capacity, does 1/4 oz incraments.

it was a hard pick. any thoughts on this scale? i would word your response very carefully..... it took me a long time to pick this out. i spent an hour in the scale isle. :)

Great minds think alike :) You are obviously an intelligent, discerning individual. Oddly enough, I bought the same scale about a month ago.

Isaac, Didn't you read any of our responses when you were asking about scales? ;) That scale you bought is the one that KyleW highly recommended and I think a couple of others as well.
