I was given a bottle of fennel pollen as a gift and looking for suggestions what to do with it. I was thinking about a garlic and fennel pollen rubbed rack of lamb. Maybe a red wine reduction on the side. Anyone have any favorite uses for fennel pollen?
Haven't actually tried FP yet but understand it still tastes some of fennel, and basil is a very good combo with that and lamb, surprised you don't see it mentioned hardly at all. Bay leaf of course, though maybe save that to stuff inside a boneless leg.
