Favorite Regional BBQ

    Hi Steve,

    We're so glad to have you with us right at the start of grillin' season!  My question is about your favorite BBQ.  Each region in the U.S. prides itself on their BBQ, so which regional BBQ do you prefer?  I myself have a soft spot for North Carolina style BBQ!

    That's like asking me to pick a favorite child! I can't do it. As you point out, there are wonderful regional differences in barbecue. Like you, I also love North Carolina-style 'cue. But I also love Santa Maria-style tri-tip, Texas clod or brisket, Kansas City-style ribs, Memphis dry rub ribs...need I go on? I celebrate our diversity and our freedom to experience them all.
