As a hotel chef for nearly 20 years, I am always looking to connect with others who share this profession or the love of great food. Looking forward to fun, educational and entertaining chats.

I have come to a conclusion
This conclusion doesn't come easy
But after 25 Plus Years as a chef I think that.....
ALL CHEFS ARE CRAZY !!!!!!!
Why do we do it ?
When was the Last time you spent a New year's Eve
with your family ?
When was the last time you actually worked a 40-hour week?

I have been a Hotel Chef - a Resort Chef - A Restaurant Chef

Now there is a big difference between the three ....

Let me throw these questions to the Board
