Fall menu ideas

    Im currently working toward a seasonal fall special menu in a roadhouse style restaurant. This is on to be sold only on saturdays. I am in need of one more appetizer idea. This saturday menu is more upscale and fine dining as opposed to our regular menu. I need something different, and something that has a huge "wow" factor. Any ideas? Thanks.

    Aloha drew, welcome to Chef Talk.

    I wonder, have you tried the search bar at the top the page?  There have many discussions previously here at CT on apps not to mention several mouthwatering photos that go with them.

    How about...

    Chicken lollipops (or wings) with a (bleu cheese) dipping sauce

    Onion blossoms with three dipping sauces

    Bacon-wrapped Stuffed jalapenos

    Fried pickles

    Corned beef and cabbage or reuben egg rolls with Thousand Island dressing

    Steak sliders with horseradish mayo

    Lobster Rangoons
    Baked potato fries with smoked cheddar and mushroom gravy
    Truffled tator tots (using truffle oil) with smoked ketchup
    Wagyu beef sliders
    Hazelnut encrusted fried goat cheese with strwberry compote
