Hello, I am a culinary student at Le Cordon Bleu in Sacramento and I had a few questions about finding a extern site. I was thinking about doing my externship in Napa Valley at a Hotel to get a variety of training but, I don't know what to look for in a site. I don't know what to look for in a site or what to ask when I go looking at different places. If someone could help me out and give me some good questions and answers that would be great!!
