    My small Italian restaurant is in need of a line cook who can grill fish, sauté calamari and understands the nuances of al dente pasta!   Pay is $30,000 to start, 44 hours a week, easy going kitchen staff and owner.  Perfect for someone who wants to work under a chef and wants to learn the ins and outs of owning a restaurant to discover if that is truly your goal later in life!
