Experienced FOH knucklehead starting up drive thru breakfast

Hey y'all,

Warm welcome from Asheville, NC. For the past 15 years I've been a FOH worker and am transitioning into opening a small drive-thru breakfast and coffee business. I've been a server, barista, bartender, manager, and an expediter. I love to cook though my cooking has been predominately for myself. Have always been an early riser and been cooking myself breakfast since early childhood. Since I'm up at 6 am anyways *most of the times earlier* I might as well get people their breakfast sandwich/burrito and coffee. I've joined this forum to ask for advice on how to commercially provide a quality yet quick breakfast, particularly in selecting equipment. I'll create a new post under the food & cooking sub to go into the details.
