Mississauga's top fine dining restaurant,Tu Casa Fine Dining, is now currently seeking an energetic individual to fill the role of Head Chef. Our current Chef is moving on to open his own restaurant. We are searching for an individual with a flair for innovation while grounded in comfort food. Our menu reflects an international cuisine concept with weekly features and tasting menus as well as bi-monthly single malt whisky dinners and wine pairing dinners. We have been awarded the Wine Spectator award for our wine wine list four years running as well as maintaining one of the largest single malt whisky menus in the GTA. We are consistently voted Mississauga's best fine dining by numerous publications and rated as high as number five in all of Ontario out of 30,000 restaurants on tripadvisor. We wish our current chef great success in his new endeavor and we welcome the opportunity to move forward and continue to be a destination dining place in the GTA.
