Hey, I am the Executive chef in two sisters restaurants. The Owner of both placecs just offered me to be the chef in third restaurant that he is opening soon. I have never been in this sutuation to run 3 trestaurants in NYC (Manhatan) the same time. I need sugestions on how to go about compesation. Right now I m getting salary for two restaurants should I be asking for salary raise for the third restaurant and how much or should I be asking for % of profit ? Thank you!
