Executive Chef, Come cook at the beach!

    Very busy seaside, seafood restaurant on Bald Head Island, NC, needs a chef/kitchen manager who can really, truly manage a high volume kitchen.  
    You love food.  
    You live and breathe food trends.
    You dream of having a restaurant where you can showcase your skills.
    You understand food costs and profitability and treat the concept as a religion.  
    You can hire, train and manage a staff.
    You have no fear of hard, really hard, work. Hours are no issue because you are pursuing your dream.
    You can create exciting dishes in a variety of styles. Italian, Asian, Vegetarian, Vegan, French, Greek all exciting challenges. Seafood is our specialty but must be showcased in many ways.
    You are hands on. Cooking, cleaning, doing whatever it takes to make the restaurant a huge success. No task is beneath you!
    We have a fantastic crew to work with, they are just in need of fantastic leader.

    Salary is commensurate with your experience.

    Bald Head Island, North Carolina. Did I leave that bit of important information out?  It is off the coast from Southport, mid-way between Myrtle Beach,SC and Wilmington, NC.
