    I have been wondering around.

recently i got interest in cooking using evaporated and condensed milk.

because evaporated and condensed milk can store longer compare to fresh milk.

So decided to develope on this part.

I know the the famous Dulce de leche using condensed milk.

Just want to know any famous recipe using evaporated milk, or condensed milk?

    Thank you =)

Sweetened Condensed milk is often used in Flan, in Southern Chess pies (and the vairous custard relatives). I've seen it in many key lime pie recipes

The first recipe that comes to mind is tres leches, or "three milks". It is a soft spongy cake soaked with condensed and evaporated milk, and heavy cream! Delicious.

Vietnamese and Thai coffees are  made with sweetened condensed milk. There are also lots of  tooth-achingly-sweet fudge recipes made with sweetened condensed milk.

Submerge the can in water and simmer for 2 1/2 hours. Let the can cool completely. Open the can and you will have caramel.
