Employment in a patisserie or restaurant in France

    I'd like to move to France next year for a unpaid 6 month internship in a patisserie. I'm Canadian and I'm currently studying baking and pastry. I'd like to know how difficult it would be for a non EU citizen to get employment in a Patisserie after a 6 month internship. I  speak French.
