I am planning to emigrate to New Zealand within the next 5 years as my girlfriend is a Permanent Resident in NZ.
I am 24 years old, have a diploma in culinary arts, worked in the hospitality industry for 3-4years.
I am currently a chef de partie working for a fine dining, michelin guide restaurant here in Singapore.
I have 1 year of experience as a Chef De Partie.
I have worked in 5 star hotels in Singapore as a Stagiaire as well.
I worked 2 years as a International Cabin Crew for Singapore Airlines.
I have a few questions about working in a Fine Dining Restaurant in New Zealand.
1) How are the working hours ?
2) Will you be paid for Over Time?
3) How much is the hourly rate with my experience ?
