Ok so I read something on the world wide web the other day that said that the original chef toques had 100 folds in them symbolizing the 100 ways that the chef knew how to prepare eggs.

So this got me thinking. I know of a lot but 100?!

So let's have at it. What are ways you can think of to prepare eggs?

Scrambled. Fried. Boiled. Poached. What else you got ?

Thanks for the correction.  Spell checker does not help when you spell the wrong work correctly.  What was I thinking?
