Egg & Grits Casserole Recipe

    Hello,

    I can't seem to find the recipe for Egg & Grits Caserole. It was in the Rachael Ray Magazine last month but I think the hubby tossed it out. It really looked yummy and I was going to make it for breakfast tomorrow. If anybody can find it or something like it I would be greatly appreciative

    I have no idea the recipe you are talking about. I do however make something along those lines that has never failed to impress.

    It is polenta finished with parmesan, butter, crispy bacon lardons, and green onion. That is then topped with a poached egg. Just talking about it has given me a craving.

    OMG!  That looks awesome.  I did find the recipe that I was looking for but it didn't do much for me or my husband.  We left the table thinking how we could make it better.  Now I see how.  Thanks so much bishop.  That will be Sunday breakfast here this weekend.  YUMMY!
