Egg allergy

    I have been cooking in a Nursing home for 20 years.

    I recently developed an egg allergy, my doctor has given a no contact to egg note to employer and now I have been put on disability.

    I love cooking I feel like it not work for me.

    i do carry an epipen and have learned to do alot with out eggs.

    we do poach egg every morning this is what they say is the thing holding them  back

    what do you think is it possible to continue this job.

    tried to do different things took other education but cooking is what i do best.
