I am an intermediate level cook who can't get enough of new ideas in food, destination dining and travel. I also have an insatiable passion for doing everything out of the box. After speaking with many chefs over the past couple of years, I discovered that chef's and restaurants have a difficult time in this digital age with exposure (how people find them). Culinary travel is on the rise yet still in it's infancy. To date, no one has brought together food and travel until now. I started Destination Cuisine as a way of putting a different take on chef's and their great recipes being discovered. As an international site, it is bound to be flooded with chef's from all over the world.
